The app has a bug, what should I do?
- Make sure you are running the latest version of StickerDocs from the download page.
- Check the feature is supported on your platform.
- Then review the known issues to check if we are already aware of the problem.
- If we are not aware of the problem please contact us via the app or email at support@stickerdocs.com.
What is an SVG image?
Scaleable Vector (SVG) images are used for the Stickers within StickerDocs. You can search for free SVG images on the internet or services like VectorArt.ai (no affiliation or referral with us) can create SVG images using AI with prompts like “A sticker of a forest” which you can then download and add to StickerDocs.
How are the payments handled?
- Payments are securely processed through our payment provider, Stripe. All transactions are encrypted for your safety.
I want to cancel or change my subscription, what should I do?
- We use Stripe for billing. Subscriptions can be managed or cancelled here: Manage Subscription.
I want a refund, what should I do?
- Please email us at support@stickerdocs.com.
I’ve forgotten my password, what can I do?
- If you cannot remember your password then your data will unfortunately be lost forever.
- Due to the end-to-end encryption we cannot recover your data because we do not have the keys to your encrypted data. Your password is essentially the encryption key.
Something has not been resolved and I want to complain, what can I do?
- Please email us at support@stickerdocs.com.
I want to delete my account, what can I do?
You can delete your account. This can be done preferably via the app, but you can also email us at support@stickerdocs.com to request this.

What are the technical limitations of the app?
- Maximum file size: 10GB
- Maximum SVG image file size: 5MB
- Maximum number of files that can be shared with a single trusted contact 50,000 per trusted contact
